(743A- Reserve Your Cabana-pretty right?)
(oohhh..aahhhh)
Color: Ahhh..this is where I'm sure there will be a debate. The color is as it looks in the pan. Super super pale bronze. It has only a hint of shimmer. So maybe for super pale peeps, it'll work as a subtle bronze or possibly a highlight. (Swatch time!)
(direct sunlight)
(indoor lighting)
Consistancy/Performance: The powder is super super soft, and is a joy to apply and blend. As you can see above, on me, it gives a beautiful subtle bronze glow. I can tell you right now..this bronzer is not going to be everyone's cup of tea. Its super super light, and might possibly be used as a highlighter. However, as it is..its not a "dirty " bronze. Its got nice subtle gold undertones.. When I used it as a contour shade it lasted about 4hrs before it faded (and couldnt see it anymore..). Not too bad.
Overall: This is a good beginner bronzer. Its good for those who have just started to dip their toes into the world of bronzers (and contouring your cheeks..). It adds a nice subtle glow to the face, and is perfect for contouring since it's impossible to get wrong. The color can be built up (and I did..), and for my first time contouring..it really made a difference. Its not going to be suitable for too many since its so light. However, as it is with most (if not all ) drugstore cosmetics..check this out..and if you don't like it..return or exchange it (keep your receipt!). Do I love it? YES!!! Is it suitable for everyone? No..
