Ahhh! My first review!! I'm so excited!!
Today I'm reviewing Brilliant Brunette by John Frieda. I bought this because I'm brunette, and if youre like me, youre hair can get very dull, and dark.
I did originally dye my hair black, but the dye was coming out, and i was hoping this would help bring back my original brown color.
At first I couldnt notice a difference, but after using this (the shampoo and conditioner together) for a month (and using up the bottles) I do notice a difference with my hair.
Its definitly much more of a rich brown (although a little dull). But when you get out into the sunlight you can notice a definite difference. It even brought back the flashes of red that my hair naturally had. Also, as i would expect from a John Frieda product, it left my hair feeling very clean, and healthy (which I loved!). It had a nice scent to it, and didnt have anything in it that my family would be allergic to.
Overall I loved this product! It was a little on the pricey side (i bought them while on sale..tho they retail for about 6.50 at my local Walgreens). And next time I'd maybe try the shine release, but i did love this product, and would definitly repurchase
